TuffWrap kept products safe. TuffWrap SmartSeam® Suspended Cover was used to keep an automated warehouse operating during a roof repair.

When tornado damage demanded that the entire roof be replaced, the owners of this Warehouse were worried about having to shut down their automated system. Doing so would mean costly delays compounding every hour.

Fortunately, their roofer reached out to TuffWrap to provide a temporary protection system. We used our signature SmartSeam® Suspended Cover to protect the products while roofwork went on above them. We were able to accommodate their 24/7 schedule and repair timeline, and installed the suspended cover around the automated system without hindering its laser-guided vehicles.

When the work was completed, the facility asked if we could help take care of some of the dust that had been sitting on the roof deck for years. We used High Structure Dust Removal during takedown to leave the area cleaner—and safer—than it was before the project.
