Project Manager / Estimator for Interior Dust and Debris Containment
–Western PA/OHIO

Looking for a career in construction estimating and project management, then TuffWrap Installations of Harleysville PA wants to talk with you. We are seeking a multi-state Project Manager / Estimator living in the Western PA/ Ohio area. We offer excellent wages starting between $60,000 and $65,000, generous benefits including vehicle and gas, and travel expenses as per our company handbook. We offer more than a job…. we offer a challenging career in a company that values its employees. 

The selected individual will need to have a basic construction understanding and will be trained on our process and estimating protocol.  The job requires frequent travel and overnight stays to visit our customers and ongoing projects.

  • Excellent Customer skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to understand basic blueprints and specs.
  • Have strong math skills and analytical mindset and thought process.
  • Quality written and oral communication skills (Phone / Email / Text) along with professional presentation skills.
  • Ability to give instructions and clearly explain problems or situations.
  • Must be team orientated.
  • Have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient Computer Skills (‘Basic’ Microsoft Office / Various Apps).
  • Have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Pass a Pre-Employment Background Check.
  • Ability to Learn and understand OSHA 30.
  • Have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Estimate and generate proposals in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Price individual projects so the company can achieve its sales goals.
  • Attend Pre-Bid and Pre-Construction Meetings as needed.
  • Interact and communicate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Regional Sales Manager, and Operations Department.
  • Handoff projects to the installation crew.
  • Maintain communication by phone and in person with project contacts during install and removal.
  • Running interference and problem solving during installation as needed.
