Every year the TuffWrap team comes together at headquarters to review our successes and plan for the New Year ahead. On January 28th, the TuffWrap team assembled at headquarters and spent time covering a variety of topics from teamwork to safety.
The meeting began with a group session kicked off by owner David Campbell. He spoke about the importance of each department’s contributions to the success of the organization and his gratitude for everyone’s hard work in 2019.
In addition, leadership from each of the different departments spoke. The afternoon was made up of breakout sessions for sales, project management and the installation team.
Over the course of a few days, activities included team building for the sales and project management teams, CPR training for installers, and additional training for everyone.
Heidi Bouthiette was honored by the Sales and Marketing team as the Salesperson of the Year for 2019. Her contributions to our goals and her market coverage made her a standout for the organization. We appreciate her efforts.
Tuffwrap never closes, so some team members were unable to attend, staying on jobs in the field. We are grateful for their commitment to getting the work done and we missed having them at the meeting.
The entire staff at TuffWrap is looking forward to another exciting and productive year protecting our customers’ products, property and people.
